We enjoyed a warm welcome and stay at Ravenwood Hall Hotel. Overall the food was innovative and delicious--compliments to the chef, the room was delightfully clean--compliments to the housekeepers, and the staff were helpful and considerate at every turn, especially the waitress who served our delicious breakfast!

The scenery of the hotel was just perfect: pure English countryside. Friendliness of the hotel staff was beyond praise - I've travelled a lot but probably never have seen so much personal touch and sincere
willingness to help and make my stay absolutely fantastic. The room, main building and restaurants were exactly as expected - cosy, full of small details and historical artefacts. But attitude of the hotel staff - that's what made
the real difference, from reception to the owner of this hotel who managed to find time to chat with every guest in the hotel.
