Wine is an absolute passion for hotel owner Craig Jarvis, having spent   some 5 years working in the vin yards in France learning about the intensity of flavours and how to marry them with different foods. A lot of time is dedicated to updating the list regularly, some of the wines are hard to find, however they compliment the menus perfectly
