Admission & Licensing - Management reserves the right to refuse admission or discontinue the service of alcohol in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003.Booking - All items featured in this brochure must be booked in advance.Cancellations & Changes - No refund will be issued for cancellations or reductions in guest numbers. In the event of a reduction, the original deposit will be retained as an administration fee. Any payments made for guests who cancel within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be used against any other hotel services such as drinks, food or accommodation.Damage & Conduct - The lead booker, party organiser, or company representative will be held responsible for any damage caused to hotel property or assets by members of their party.Deposits - A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per guest is required at the time of booking for all Christmas party nights and for all festive dining reservations featured in this brochure.Christmas Day & NYE DepositsA non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per guest is required for Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve reservations.Dietary Requirements - All dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking. All allergens are clearly listed on each menu. Menu items cannot be amended.Drinks Policy - Only beverages purchased from the hotel may be consumed on the premises. Any externally sourced drinks consumed by guests will incur a corkage charge of £20.00 per bottle applied to the organiser’s account.Event Amendments or Cancellations - All event details are correct at the time of publication. The hotel reserves the right to amend or cancel events at its discretion. In the unlikely event that the hotel cancels an event, guests may either reschedule (subject to availability) or receive a full refund.Final Payment - Full payment must be received no later than 14 days prior to the event date. Failure to make payment by this deadline will result in the booking being treated as cancelled, and all deposits paid will be retained by the hotel.Guest Behaviour - Guests are expected to behave responsibly and dress appropriately. Any guest exhibiting unacceptable behaviour may be asked to leave the premises.Insurance - We strongly recommend that guests arrange suitable insurance to cover cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances.Liability - The hotel accepts no responsibility for any accidents, loss, or injury sustained on the premises, including incidents arising from the consumption of alcohol.Non-Arrivals - Payments made for guests who do not attend the event are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed against food, drink, or accommodation.Place cards - The hotel will display the lead guest name on the tables on arrival at the hotel. Place cards for individuals are not provided, however if you would like these please send them to the hotel in an envelope clearly marked with the lead name and date of party.Pre Orders - Pre-orders for all meals must be submitted no later than 14 days prior to the event date. A copy of the final order will be available on the day of the event as a reminder of menu choices. Menu selections cannot be changed on the day of the event or within 14 days of the event date.Pricing - All prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate at the time of booking.Room Allocation - The hotel reserves the right to allocate an alternative function room if necessary. Requests for specific seating areas cannot be guaranteed.Table Plans - All tables will be allocated by the Hotel Manager. Please note that all tables are joiner parties, therefore guests could possibly be sat with other guests to fill the tables.Wine and Drinks Offer - For every five bottles of wine purchased, guests will receive another bottle complimentary (the cheapest bottle free). This offer applies per booking, must be ordered in advance, cannot be combined with any other promotion, and is not available on the day of the event. Any offers must be ordered no later than 14 days prior to the event date to qualify for the discount.
